Michelle Denno is the jack-of-all-trades who serves as Vice President of Operations at Renaissance Capital Alliance. Her level of loyalty to the company is unmatched and can be traced back to her humble 2008 beginnings. Ms. Denno started her career working at Equipment Finance and Leasing Corporation, which ultimately developed into what is now RCA. With her tenure spanning over a decade, she has worn every hat conceivable to ensure that the company’s objectives are fulfilled.

Deploying Ms. Denno’s diverse skillset to operations allows RCA to deliver a polished package. Everything from special programs and lease management to document execution and account oversight fall within her purview. She is unofficially recognized as the company’s “fixer” and can be found putting out fires wherever they exist within the organization. Ms. Denno attended Oakland University prior to teaming up with the RCA family. She graduated with honors while obtaining her Bachelors of Business Administration degree in finance. In addition to this achievement, Ms. Denno continues to add to her network of knowledge through the daily company assignments she participates in.
