Benjamin Denno is a leasing guru with over 3 decades of experience in the leasing, finance and manufacturing industries. His educational commendations include a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from Wayne State University.

Mr. Denno’s foundational knowledge of leasing stems from his experience working as a Leasing Officer with Bank One. This led him to branch out on his own and launch Equipment Financing & Leasing Corporation (EFLC) in 1990. EFLC grew very successfully and began to search for expansion opportunities. After meeting diversity pioneer Ronald Hall Sr., EFLC and Mr. Hall formed a joint venture to establish Renaissance Capital Alliance (RCA) in July 2001. The company was then certified as a Minority Business Enterprise.
